Our Story

God’s ways are not my ways. Such a short and pithy statement, but there is a world of awe and wonder contained within these words. They speak of a God who can accomplish more than my limited mind could imagine. They speak to the miraculous and transformative. They reveal a God so sovereign and powerful, yet compassionate and loving, to engage hopeless situations and usher in certain and eternal hope.These words convey the beginning of a story that God is writing through Living Hope Church. In the spring of 2021, Life Fellowship Church faced a crossroads. “Do we shut the doors of our church, or do we move forward?” With a strong sense that God was not done with this small group of people, the decision was made to stay open and dream with God.In an unlikely partnership with True Hope Collister Church, this small group of committed people decided to relaunch the church as Living Hope Church with the distinct mission of reaching those on the fringe, loving those often overlooked in or struggling to engage in a traditional church setting.
